1. What is the BLKSHEEP return policy?
In-store, dresses are final sale. Other garments are eligible for exchange or store-credit within 7 days of purchase. All tags must remain on the garments and any items are damaged or worn will not be accepted.
Online, you are eligible for exchange, store-credit or a refund within 7 days of receiving the item if shipped. If you placed an order for pick-up in store, you will have 7 days from the day the order is ready to be picked up. Check the BLKSHEEP restocking fee policy before ordering.
***All regular priced items that are ordered in-store or shipped out are checked upon being packed. If you receive your item and there is a defect, you have 3 days from the day received to get in touch with us. After this time frame, we sadly cannot take the items back.
*All returns or exchanges must be approved prior to coming in store or shipping items back.
2. What is the BLKSHEEP restocking fee?
If you choose to take a refund, we take a $15.00 restocking fee on orders that were purchased with free shipping. If you choose to take a store-credit or exchange, the restocking fee does not apply. If you paid for shipping on your order, a restocking fee will not be taken.
3. What are the BLKSHEEP store hours?
We are open from Tuesday – Friday from 10:00am – 4:00pm. See you then!
4. How long does shipping take?
We offer same day/next day shipping to those in the GTA. For those outside of the GTA, shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 business days.
5. Are sales items final sale?
All sales items are FINAL SALE.
6. How do I exchange or return items that we ordered online?
If you purchased an order online and need to do an exchange or return you can ship the item back to us at the receiver’s cost or visit us in store within 7 days of receiving the item.
7. Will I get charged duties and taxes on online orders?
All orders within Canada will not receive duties and taxes. International parcels are subject to duties and taxes at the receiver’s expense. This cost gets determined by their own local customs.
8. Received a gift with purchase, do I have to return it?
If you're making a return, yes the gifted BLKSHEEP item must be returned to complete the transaction.
