1. What is the BLKSHEEP online return policy ?

If item is picked up in store you will be eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase with a $10 restocking fee applied.

If item is shipped to you, you will be eligible for a refund within 7 days of receiving the product however, a $15 re-stocking fee will be taken if free shipping was given at checkout

 ***All regular priced items that are ordered in-store or shipped out are checked upon being packed. If you receive your item and there is a defect, you have 3 days from the day received to get in touch with us. After this time frame, we sadly cannot take the items back.

*All returns or exchanges must be approved prior to coming in store or shipping items back. Use our return portal to request a return/ exchange.

 2. What is the BLKSHEEP restocking fee?

If you choose to take a refund, we take a restocking fee of $15 on orders that were purchased with free shipping and a $10 restocking fee for pick up in store. If you choose to take a store-credit or exchange, the restocking fee does not apply. If you paid for shipping on your order, a restocking fee will not be taken.

 3. What are your current store hours?

MONDAY 10:00am-4:00pm

TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY 11:00 am - 6:00 pm

THURSDAY - SATURDAY 10:00am - 4:00pm 

SUNDAY CLOSED

 4. How long does shipping take?

 Shipping can take anywhere from 3-7 business days within Canada.

 5. Are sales items final sale?

All sales items are FINAL SALE.

 6. How do I exchange or return items that we ordered online?

If you purchased an order online and need to do an exchange or return you can ship the item back to us at the receiver’s cost or visit us in store within 7 days of receiving the item. Use our return portal to submit a request. (This does not apply to international orders those are Final sale)

 7. Will I get charged duties and taxes on online orders?

All orders within Canada will not receive duties and taxes. International parcels are subject to duties and taxes at the receiver’s expense. This cost gets determined by their own local customs.

8. What currency will I be charged in?

Your order will be charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD), and will appear as BLKSHEEP on your credit card statement. Please note that your issuing bank may charge a small fee to convert currency if you are not a resident of Canada of which BLKSHEEP has no control over. By purchasing at BLKSHEEP, you accept any additional charges incurred by currency conversion and your bank/credit card.

BLKSHEEP is not responsible for any duties incurred during the shipping process.

9. Received a gift with purchase, do I have to return it?

If you're making a return, yes the gifted BLKSHEEP item must be returned to complete the transaction. 

 10. Can I change my order once it's been placed?

We are unable to alter the contents of an order once it has been placed. 

Depending on the state of your order, our customer service team can help change your shipping address or shipping method. Please contact us at info@blksheep.com

Please note once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes to it. 

11. Can I cancel my order?

Depending on the state of your order including whether it contains final sale items or promotional offers, our customer service team may have the ability to cancel your order. Please contact us at info@blksheep.com.

Please Note : If for whatever reason we are unable to fulfill your order we will refund you. We have the right to cancel orders at our discretion and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
